Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Time line
Usually all products are processed, packed and sent within 2 Business days of payment being received.

AfterPay transfers funds within 48 hours after processing.
Direct Deposit can be instant if between same banking institutions ( Bendigo Bank )
Credit / Debit ( stripe ) transfer funds within hours after processing.
PayPal payments are usually transfered within 24 hours

2. Delivery Information
We have allowed 10 business days for domestic and 24 business days for international deliveries due to the amount of time we are traveling between events etc. we always try to get our orders out ASAP but sometimes this causes a minor delay.

3. Tracking Your Order

At the time of your order being sent by us a note is added to your invoice  with a tracking number and name of courier and is automatically emailed to your previously supplied email.

3. Dispatch Information Domestic
All Australian ( domestic ) shipping is handled by Couriers Please or Australia Post and signed for upon delivery in the event that a P.O. Box number is supplied these items will be sent via Australia Post.
All Australian orders will be charged at a standard rate of

    1st   item        $12.50 

    2nd   item       +$6.25        total     $18.75

    3rd   item        +$3.12         total     $21.87

    4th   item        $0.00      No Extra cost     total    $21.87

As per PayPal standards once a consignment number and courier is supplied the items sent are out of our control and considered delivered.

In the event of larger orders if there is an extensive shipping surcharge from the courier you will be contacted by ourselves for further instructions.
Tracking numbers will be supplied via email automatically by our website at the time of processing.

4. Dispatch information International
All International orders are sent out via Australia Post ( registered track and trace ) and signed for at the delivery point.
Some countries have astronomic prices on shipping and these customers will be contacted via E:mail after purchase to arrange the proper charges. Our standard International rate is $35.00 AUD.
