How Do I Place An Order?
Placing an order is very easy just follow these steps
- select category in the top menu or just search in the search bar (top of screen)
- scroll down the page until you find the product you are after
- select the picture of the item you wish to purchase
- select the size and quantity you would like
- proceed to the checkout cart and pay via afterpay, Direct Deposit or Stripe

Can I have my purchases sent express post?
Of course. If you have a tight deadline email us at info@streetempire.com.au
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
Secure ordering is a must these days. We have been in this business for over 20 years fulfilling web orders that have been sent all over the world with very little hiccups. Currently the system we are using utilizes is either
1. afterpay this is a secure third part payment app
2. direct deposit done via our Bendigo Bank account
3. Stripe this is a third party credit card payment facility

Is Local Pickup Available
Yes local pickup is available from our warehouse in Labrador Queensland. However due to the large amount of time spent on the road and attending all your favorite events etc it is wise to call us first and arrange a time. ( Danny 0418301041 )
Is my name and other personal details passed on to a 3rd party?
No, all details remain private. Please refer to our privacy policy for more details.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We have no issues with returns as we know sometimes sizing can be an issue ( all our sizes are checked regularly and we try to keep to standard Australian sizes ) all we ask is if you can call or E:mail us with your question and we will do all we can to help. All goods resent are at the customers expense. Sorry we do not do refunds. All items to be returned within 28 days from purchase.
I have lost my receipt, am I still able to return/exchange the products?
It is the buyer’s responsibility to keep the receipt without the receipt we cannot accept the product back.
How long is the refund process time?
7 to 10 working days upon receipt of the product back in our warehouse.
